YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Thank you for placing your order with Reflections of infinity. We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our "no quibbles" guarantee if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within seven working days of the day after you received the item. Original condition means that the item has not been worn and the manufacturer's tags are still correctly attached to the watch or jewellery item.

If they have been removed, we will deduct £5 from your refund as a re-stocking fee to cover our costs. If  the item has been worn - then it will be returned.

By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. This applies to all our products except for those which have been made especially for you.  You must advise of the cancellation in writing - a telephone call is not acceptable.

To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with all original paperwork marked ‘Contract Cancellation’ so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a registered-delivery service. If sent by recorded-delivery only and the item goes missing - Royal Mail offers no compensation for the goods lost and we cannot be held accountable for any losses incurred by the sender.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.

  • As soon as we receive written notice of your cancellation of  order, and the safe return of the goods unused and in a saleable condition, we will refund  the purchase price for that item using the same money transmission system that was used in the original purchase. For example, if the item was paid for using Worldpay we will refund using Worldpay. If the item was a gift from someone else - we can only refund the original purchaser.
  • We will not refund any registered, priority, express or courier  postage charge incurred by ourselves when delivering the item to you. Any postage cost incurred by yourself when returning any item will not be refunded.
  • Any item returned that has been worn or is damaged will NOT be refunded and will be returned.
  • Only consumers resident in the European Union can avail themselves of these rights.
