IMPORTANT: Our acceptance of your order takes place when we despatch the order. When we send the order the purchase contract will be made, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
When your order is posted you will receive a despatch notification listing the Royal Mail tracking information.
In stock orders received by 1300 hours UK time, Monday - Saturday, will be shipped the day of order. In stock orders received on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Out of stock items can take 7 - 14 working days to deliver in the UK. Items that have to be specially imported from Switzerland can take around 14 working days to deliver in the UK, and even longer overseas.
Please note: Due to Covid19 there are no imports taking place from Switzerland until further notice.
Q): What are your delivery charges?
A): UK first class Royal Mail Signed For is £2.60 for items selling for up to £100.00; items selling for more than £100 are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery costing £8.00.
Items sent to the rest of the World selling for up to £99.99 are sent using Royal Mail International Signed charged at £ 9.00. To some international destinations we offer Royal Mail International Tracked which costs £10.00 for items selling for more than £50.00. To Australia we only offer delivery by International Tracked due to International Signed For is not trackable.

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Corsica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Far East: Hong Kong, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand. Middle East: Israel. North America: Canada, United States. Oceania: New Zealand. South America: Because of delays in clearing customs and delivering to Brazil and Chile we have suspended shipments there.
We ship by Royal Mail International Tracked to:

If your country is not listed, we do not ship there. (We no longer ship to South Africa as deliveries cannot be monitored).
IMPORTANT: Because of Covid19 we are only shipping to the UK, Germany and the Irish Republic until further notice.
Q): How long does it take to receive an item bought on-line?
A): If the order is received before 1pm, Tuesday to Friday, and it is in stock, it will be sent the same day by Royal Mail Signed For to arrive the next working day in the UK. Deliveries overseas will take longer. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday if in stock. We are presently sending items that are in stock the same day of order.
Items sent using International Signed/Tracked to European destinations can take between 3 - 7 days; to the USA/Canada/Asia/South America/Australasia 5-10 days as a guide. Shipments to the USA are sometimes delayed because of poor weather conditions and/or security measures taken by US customs. Shipments within Australia are often delayed for no apparent reason. Australian customers are urged to contact their local office of Australia Post with the International Tracked tracking code.
IMPORTANT: Items that have to be specially imported from Switzerland and may take up to 14 working days to deliver in the UK and even longer overseas. PANDEMIC NEWS: Because of Covid19 it is not possible to obtain stock from Switzerland.

Q): Are you a real shop?
A): Yes - we have been trading at 26 Churchyard, Hitchin since June 1999. Our opening hours are 10-00am - 5-00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. 9-00am - 5-00pm Saturday. We are closed Sundays, Mondays and UK public holidays. IMPORTANT: Our shop is closed until further notice due to Covid19.
Q) Can I have my parcel delivered at work?
A): Yes - but we will undertake some checks on the business address given. We do NOT deliver to hotels, PO Box numbers (unless in Australia), or any address we have concerns about.

Q): Do you supply individual links for Mondaine or Victorinox bracelets?
A): No - we only supply complete replacement bracelets.
Q): Where can I get the replacement straps fitted to my watch?
A): In most towns there should be an independent watch repairer or jeweller - try them first. If you have a Debenhams or House of Fraser department store nearby, visit their jewellery/watch area where you will find an In-Time concession who can fit and size straps and bracelets. In-Time have 55 sites in the UK. Mondaine are gradually introducing quick fit spring bars for their straps so that anyone can easily fit them.
